Hourly Pricing Schedule
Events include tables and chairs for seating up to 300 in the Emaline Ballroom and up to 125 in the E2 space. Set up and break down of the tables and chairs is included in the rental rates as are standard linens, skirting of service tables, projector, pa and microphone, attendant for duration of the event and all amenities for each respective event space.
Hourly Rate shall apply to any and all time used by Renter, including set-up and tear down of any and all vendors. Please make sure you schedule accordingly. All tear down of decorations, entertainment, catering, etc., must be completed within 1/2 hour of the scheduled ending time of the event. Additional billing will apply for any additional time used.
This pricing schedule is for pricing estimations only. It is subject to change or modification without notice. Please confirm any pricing at your showing or contract signing for specific terms and conditions related to your specific event. The Emaline Ballroom reserves the right to make specific pricing for specific calendar days during Wedding season, typically but not limited to, April through October.
Emaline Ballroom (up to 300):
4 hrs usage: $850
6 hrs usage: $1275
8 hrs usage $1800
Additional hours available @ $250/hr.
E2 space (up to 135):
$175/hr., 3 hr minimum.
Credit Card (required for damage deposit):
A damage deposit of $250.00 shall be collected from the Renter secured as a charge to a major credit card (due at time of signing). Such charge will not be processed until after the event following Emaline Ballroom's confirmation of damage. See Rental Agreement Document for further terms and conditions.
